Amc Royal Hotel & Spa, Hurghada

My stay at the hotel was great. The rooms were super comfy and clean, and the bathroom was large and airy with a big bath and shower, which was perfect. However, the back view was different from the reserved side sea view. The service was familiar, especially with receptionist Nagueb Helmy, who treated Egyptians very well. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to have bad intentions and weren't willing to turn on the air conditioning despite it being listed as an option. The location was terrific, only 20 minutes from Hurgada and near to Cairo road, but it was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience wasn't the best, with the breakfast being the worst food I've had. However, the hotel's facilities were decent, though there were some issues with the AC in the suite.
